What is a Transmitter ?
A transmitter is defined as a device with a 4÷20 mA output. It is measured in series with the power supply and is in the form of a loop. This mode of measurement is also defined as “Two-wire technique”.
Datexel transmitters are suitable for DIN B in-head mounting or DIN rail mounting in compliance with the standards EN-50022 and EN-50035 .
The devices are divided into standard industrial applications or devices for use in potentially explosive atmospheres with or without galvanic isolation. These modules have been developed to provide an output, proportional to the measured input coming from the temperature sensors or process signals.
Datexel Transmitters are supplied fixed range, programmable by dip-switches and by a personal computer.
