What is a Converter ?
A converter is defined as a device with one or more output signals which are not on the same terminals as the power for the device.
This mode of measurement is also defined as “Three-wire technique” or “Four-wire technique”.
The converters are suitable for DIN rail mounting in compliance with the standards EN-50022 and EN-50035.
The devices are divided into standard industrial applications or devices for use in potentially explosive atmospheres with or without galvanic isolation. These modules have been developed to provide an output, current or Voltage proportional with the value measured on input coming
from temperature sensors or process signals.
Datexel Converters are supplied with fixed range, programmable by dip-switches and by a personal computer.
